By booking an appointment or using the services of The Fade Crew LLC (formerly known as FDZ Barbershop LLC) ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
SMS Messaging Program
Program Name: The Fade Crew Appointment Confirmations
Description: The Fade Crew sends SMS appointment confirmation messages to customers who have booked a service online.

Opt-In
By checking the SMS consent box on our booking form and submitting your appointment request, you expressly consent to receive appointment confirmation text messages from The Fade Crew at the phone number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-Out
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

Supported Carriers
Messages are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others.
Appointment Policy
- Please reschedule or cancel at least 2 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a fee of 50% of the service price.
- Clients are required to provide a minimum of 12 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Privacy
